Order processing usually takes 3 working days, but we will send yours out first! This offer does not affect actual time of shipment.
HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
Please, always double check your size! We advise to use a dental floss or piece of string and wrap it firmly around the base of your finger. People usually tend to order too big, therefore it's important to wrap it firmly around your finger. Then, use a pen to mark the point on the string where the ends meet. Use a millimeter ruler to measure the string. Finally, choose the closest measurement to the chart to find your ring size.
MY RING DOES NOT FIT, CAN I RETURN IT?
We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email at email@example.com or contact us on our Instagram page jewinger_shop to initiate the process. We will then send you the new size.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

ANY TIPS FOR SIZING?
Always allow enough space to accommodate your knuckle. Keep in mind that different fingers on the same and the opposite hand may have different sizes. Therefore, please measure the specific finger on which you are planning to wear the ring. Also, measure your finger at the end of the day when your finger is likely to be larger.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
All JEWINGER rings, bracelets, necklaces are handcrafted and either realized from the Highest Quality 316L Stainless Steel, Titanium Steel or 925 Sterling Silver.
HOW SHOULD I PROTECT MY JEWELRY?
We recommend all jewelry to be stored in a safe dry place and be kept away from any contact with moisture.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email after ordering. Note that all orders are shipped in the next 72 hours following your order.
